How we source and list products

We work with available inventory and list products based on the item information, packaging details, and product imagery available for each release. When a product comes in assorted colors, mystery colors, or random-color options, we clearly state that on the product page.

• Age ratings, warnings, and care guidance are shown where relevant.
• Assorted or surprise-color products are labelled before checkout.
• Product photos are reviewed so the item, packaging, and color options are represented as clearly as possible.

What “assorted color” means

Some sensory toys are sold by assortment, meaning the exact color may vary depending on what is available during fulfillment. If a listing says “Surprise Me,” “Random Color,” or “Assorted Colors,” the color shown in photos is an example and not a guaranteed selection.

If a product page lets you choose an exact color or variant, we will do our best to ship the selected option. If a selected option becomes unavailable, support will help review the order.

Be careful with listings that use vague product names, no packaging details, copied images with heavy distortion, unclear delivery promises, or no customer support information.
